We had a beautiful day to visit New Harmony yesterday, rounding out the NYC girls’ Southern Indiana experience nicely. We told them a little about the Utopian Communities that had settled there, complete with subtle political messages that were over their head, and strolled through the labyrinth and the garden/cabins near the restaurant where we dined.
Storming the East Gate of the Roofless Church…
Ring around the Altar…
At the Labyrinth…
They were getting a little restless when the littlest one decided the double cabin was a good place to play “restaurant” and saved the day…
I have to work at the track today, but we’re going to go over there early to see if the llamas and camels have arrived; if I hurry and finish this post, Emma and I may get down to the Farmers Market for some fresh green beans and new potatoes…
