54, 55, 56…I think…

No Country For Old Men (2007)…My momma taught me that if you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.

Slumdog Millionaire  (2008)…This is a good movie, but…

This guy from Mumbai wins the Indian equivalent of “Who wants to be a millionaire?” and is brutally beaten by the program executives because they believe he cheated.  The idea that people in this day and age can actually torture people like that…don’t they know how to Sue for Damages????  Well, as he’s being tortured his little movie-projector-brain goes back in time to the situation that actually gave him the knowledge to answer the questions correctly.  Now That was a pretty good story:  a little Indian boy growing up with no Adult…    But…  I don’t get the Indian cultural references…And…I can’t understand their Indian/British accents…  Sorry…   (Soundtrack better than the movie)

The Hurt Locker (2009)..  It’s a War Movie.

Olivia is here tonight with “Brave”… or as I like to call it: Brevv…
